Candy AI pricing: what Candy Shorts really costs
Plans, tokens and the real cost of finishing a series, checked against the official checkout. Plus a calculator for how much you will actually spend.
Candy AI Premium costs $3.99/month on the 12-month plan (billed $47.88), $8.99/month for 3 months or $13.99 month to month. It includes 100 tokens a month. A premium Candy Shorts episode costs 12 tokens (30 for Digital Twins), and episodes 1–2 of every series are free.

“Per premium episode” assumes you spend the 100 included tokens on 12-token episodes. Checkout also offers weekly and two-week billing at a higher effective price. Prices in USD, checked October 1, 2026.
The 12-month plan is the clear winner if you plan to stick around: it costs $120.00 less per year than paying month to month, for exactly the same tokens and features. The monthly plan only makes sense for a one-month binge.

- Episode 1 is free for everyone. It plays on Candy AI without an account.
- Episode 2 is free with a free account (about half the series ask you to sign up first).
- Episodes 3+ are premium. You need Candy AI Premium, and each episode unlocks for 12 tokens (30 on Digital Twin series). Once unlocked it is yours to rewatch.
The tokens come with the membership: 100 every month. If you burn through them you can buy token packs in-app, or simply wait for next month’s allowance.
