How to cancel Candy AI
Cancelling takes about a minute, and your Premium keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Short answer
Sign in on candy.ai → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the current period, and plans otherwise renew automatically for the same price and term.
Step by step
- Sign in on candy.ai with the account you subscribed with.
- Open your profile menu and go to Settings.
- Find the subscription section and choose Cancel.
- Confirm. You keep Premium until the paid period ends.
Menu labels can change slightly between app updates; the cancel option always lives in your account settings.
When does Candy AI renew?
Every plan renews automatically for the same price and term: monthly plans every month, the 3-month plan every quarter and the 12-month plan once a year. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Before you cancel
- Spend your remaining tokens: unlocked episodes stay in your library.
- If you are on the monthly plan and plan to keep watching, switching to the 12-month plan is far cheaper (seediscount).
- Charges appear as “EverAI” on your statement.
